Annie-Mariel Arroyo, PhD, and Hady Khalaf, DBA, are the co-authors of IN-PACT Leadership and the founders of the IN-PACT Leadership Institute, with the mission to build a generation of leaders who can design a future of work grounded in human foundations and augmented by AI. Both are executive and transformation coaches. Having met at Cambridge University's Møller Institute, they bring together complementary perspectives to champion human-centred leadership in an AI-driven world. They both upskilled on AI at MIT and Saïd Business School, Oxford.
