inpactleadership.com is the website of IN-PACT Leadership Institute ("IN-PACT", "we"), a leadership institute based in London and led by its two Founders, Annie-Mariel Arroyo and Hady Khalaf. IN-PACT Leadership Institute is the trading name of Hadi (Hady) Khalaf.

Our content
The words, pictures, films and designs on the website belong to IN-PACT, to the Founders, or to the people who let us use them, such as the leaders quoted in the Testimonials. They include the IN-PACT framework, the Readiness Score's questions, the CHAOS film and the Founders' biographies.
You may read them, print a page for your own use, and share links to them. To copy, change, sell or republish any of it, ask us first in writing.
The IN-PACT name and logo are ours. Only the Associates we certify may use them, under their own agreement with us.
Joining the Community
Joining the Community is free, and makes you a Member. To join:
- you must be 18 or over;
- you join once, in your own name, with your true details;
- you keep your sign-in to yourself. Each code we email you is for you alone.
You can leave the Community at any time, from your Profile on the Community page. We may close an account that breaks these terms, and tell you why by email. We may change what the Community offers, or stop it. If we stop it, we tell Members by email first.
Using the website fairly
Whether or not you are a Member, please do not:
- send anything unlawful, hateful, misleading or offensive, or anything that is not yours to send;
- pretend to be someone else;
- send advertising through the forms, or fill them in automatically;
- try to reach accounts or parts of the website that are not yours, or harm the website or the services behind it.
The Readiness Score and My toolbox
The Readiness Score, everything in My toolbox and the rest of the website are for your own reflection. Your result comes only from your own answers. None of it is professional advice, on leadership, careers, business, law, money or health, and none of it replaces that advice. What you do with it is your decision.
Enquiries and applications
A Retreat enquiry, an Associate application, a Coaching session request and the Interests you tap each ask the Founders to get in touch. None of them is a booking or an agreement. A Programme, or work as an Associate, has its own written terms, agreed with you before it starts.
Links to other websites
The website links to websites we do not run, such as Amazon for the book, LinkedIn and WhatsApp. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there, and we are not responsible for what they hold or do.
Our responsibility to you
We work to keep the website running and its information right, but we cannot promise that it will always be there, or free of mistakes. We may change any part of it, or take it down.
Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law does not allow it, such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. If you use the website as a consumer, you keep the rights the law gives you.
Beyond that, the website, the Community and the Readiness Score are free, and we are not responsible for any loss from using them or from relying on what they say, including a loss of profit, business or opportunity.
The law that applies
The law of England and Wales applies to these terms and to your use of the website, and its courts can hear any dispute about them. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in the courts there.
Changes to these terms
When we change these terms, we change the date at the top. If a change affects Members, we email them before it takes effect.
